Q: What internet browsers do you support?

We currently support only Internet Explorer - version 5.0 or greater
Q: What are the system requirements needed to access data on your website?
A:
- Your operating system must be Windows 2000 or greater
- You will need Adobe Acrobat if you want to view enrollment applications
- Your browser must support 128 bit encryption
- Although we support Internet Explorer 5.0 and greater, we recommend using at least version 6.0 (to check what version you have, open Internet Explorer and click ‘Help,’ then ‘About Internet Explorer’).
Q: How do I register?

Go to www.wpsic.com. Click on “register” in the upper right hand corner of the page and follow the prompts.

Why are your password requirements so strict?
A:
In addition to our commercial operations, WPS administers several government contracts. One requirement of these contracts is that our company as a whole must abide by strict governmental security standards.
Q: How do I change the delivery method for my EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)?
A:
1. Sign in as a member
2. Click on “Explanation of Benefits (EOB)” on the left side of the screen
3. Click on “EOB profile” on the top menu
4. If you wish to receive your EOBs by email, check the box marked “Check here to opt-out of receiving your EOBs in the mail.” If you wish to receive your EOBs by postal mail, uncheck this box.
5. Click “Submit”
Q: Who do I call if I need assistance?
A: You can call 888-915-5477 and select option #7. Our hours are 8am-4pm,
Monday - Friday.
Reminders:
- Never use a “favorite” to access the log in page - this can cause problems.
- Try clearing your cookies if you are experiencing problems logging in - especially after you have reset your password.
- Never use the browser’s “Back” button while filling out an application. If you need to change information, you can do this by starting from the beginning with your Application Number and editing the information as you get to it. Alternatively, you may contact your agent to update information.
