When will I receive my ‘Claims Pass code’?
- Members will receive their claims pass code within 5 business days, or they can contact Member Services (via e-mail) or by phone: 888-915-5477, Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm (CST). When you call, please be at your computer with the WPS site on screen.
Why can’t I see all my claims on file?
- Some claims are considered “sensitive” based on the diagnosis and will not display. Please contact Member Services: (via e-mail) or by phone: 888-915-4001

Why can't I view the claims for my spouse or dependent child?
- Claims can not be viewed for the spouse or any dependent over the age of 18 due to HIPAA privacy requirements.
Can I view my children’s information on my ex-spouses policy?
- Because you are not on the policy, we are unable to create an on-line account for you to access your children's information. You do have the right to access this information and can do so by contacting Member Services. Member Services will verify you are the mother/father, then provide the appropriate information.

Why do I need a code to see my claims?
- The claims ‘pass code’ is used as a secondary measure to ensure that your claim information is accessed only by you. It is mailed separately to your home address when you register.
