Accessing Your Account Information
Registering Online
Who can register for online account access?
- Active Members and eligible dependents, (eligible dependents are usually dependents over 18 years old).
- Is there any limitation on passwords?
- Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters in length. Maximum length is 20 characters. Alpha and numeric characters are acceptable.
- Information to have handy before calling WPS:
- Full Name
Customer (Member) number
Date of Birth
- Full Name
- I'm unable to set up my online account (register)
- When you are registering, review the register form to make sure your name and date of birth are correct. If this is not the issue, it could be your effective date.
If your effective date has not yet occurred, then you will need to wait until it does before you can be considered an active member, and thus, able to register for online access. - If none of the above apply, please contact Member Services (via e-mail) or by Phone: 888-915-5477, Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm (CST).

Logging-In
- I'm unable to log into my Member account
- You will have had to register to set up your user name and login for access to your Member account. If this is the case, and you are still experiencing problems, please contact Member Services (via e-mail) or by Phone: 888-915-5477.

- I know my user name, but I forgot my password
- A temporary password will be sent to you via e-mail. If no e-mail address is listed we will send your password to your mailing address on file. Visit the forgot password page to request your password.
- I forgot both my user name and my password
- Please call 888-915-5477 for assistance, Monday - Friday, 7:00AM-4:30PM.
