WPS Insurance Corporation is the Medicare Part B Carrier for the states of Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin, the Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) for Jurisdiction 5, which includes J5 National Part A, Parts A/B for the states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska and the Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) for Jurisdiction 8, which includes Parts A/B for the state of Indiana and Michigan.
