| Jurisdiction 5 Part A Legacy Welcome to the Legacy Part A WPS Medicare Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). As you may be aware, due to the Medicare Administrative Contract (MAC) for Jurisdiction 5 (J5) award to WPS, Mutual of Omaha Medicare and Wisconsin Physicians Service (WPS) are now united under WPS. This web site is intended for Part A Legacy providers that were formerly with Mutual of Omaha Medicare. As a result of this union, all of the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions that were previously managed under Mutual of Omaha Medicare will be supported by WPS. This integration will not change any EDI services you are currently enrolled in. In addition, as a previous Mutual of Omaha Legacy provider, the same EDI connectivity, billing, and enrollment options that were previously available under Mutual of Omaha Medicare are now available under WPS. |
