How to Apply Online to Ensure Your Discount
We want to ensure you get your 2% discount, and understand your initial payment options. Please read the following information then click the "Apply Now" link at the bottom of the page.
Task One: Pick the Correct Agent
The most important step is to select a FWG Insurance Services agent at the beginning of the application process. This will assign your application to someone who will ensure your 2% discount is applied. Here's what to do:
1) On the first page of the online application, in the "Apply online with my agent" section, enter the name "Breister" and click the "Apply with my Agent" button:
2) On the next page, select Tracy Breister of FWG Insurance Services then click the "Next" button:
Task Two: Apply your 2% Discount
After you have answered some health-related questions, you will be able to select your benefits and will be quoted a monthly premium. These are WPS's standard rates and do not include your 2% discount. To calculate your discounted rate, multiply the quoted rates by 0.98.
Task Three: Understand Your Payment Options
After you have selected your benefits, you will be asked how you would like to pay for your insurance (remember that the rates displayed do not include your 2% discount):
If you choose Credit Card or Electronic Check, you will be charged the full quoted amount for this first payment only. An adjusted amount will be charged for the second month (which will include a credit for your initial overpayment), and the correct amount will be charged for the third month and beyond.
If you choose Bill Me Later, WPS will mail a bill to your address every three months in the amount of three times your adjusted monthly rate. Your 2% discount will be applied to the entire bill. However, please be aware that you will also be billed a $7.50 billing fee every billing cycle.
