It's easier than ever to protect the financial interests of you or your family through simplified term life insurance by Motorist Life, EPIC & WPS. Simply complete the application and answer the four medical questions in Section II along with the smoking question in Section III.

Choose a life insurance amount for your 10-year term life policy. We have provided rates in increments of $25,000, $50,000, $75,000 and $100,000. You may request an amount higher than $100,000 in which case a medical exam may be required. Please contact your FWG insurance agent for information if you are interersted.

Add more protection to your life insurance policy by including a Disability Income Rider. This rider can help supplement lost inclome during periods of disability. Some of the features include a two year benefit period and 90-day waiting period.
