Don't forget to verify your provider is in network!
To verify a particular provider participates in the network when you receive services:
- Call the provider directly or,
- Check the online directory for the day you receive services or,

Call the Members Service Number shown on your health plan ID card.

How to narrow your search results
Tip 1: First, make sure to select the network you are part of.
Tip 2: Be as specific in your criteria as possible. If you know the name of the doctor or facility, use it in your search.
Fast Facts
The maximum number of search results you can have is 3000, it pays to use lots of search criteria when searching, so you will get the most relevant providers to meet your needs.
