To access iExchange, a User ID, password, and an iExchange Group ID are required. New users should check with their office administrator to obtain a user account.
If your office has not already created an iExchange account, please complete the information below and click submit. Within 10 business days, your Administrator will receive an email with an assigned iExchange Group ID, User ID, and temporary password for you to access the tool.
"Provider" includes Physician, Professional Provider, and Facility Provider.
