Getting Started

To establish your HSA with Cornerstone, simply indicate your HSA bank preference on your WPS insurance application. WPS will forward your information to Cornerstone once your High-Deductible Health Plan is approved. At that time, we will send you a welcome kit. Simply sign the enclosed account activation document and return it with your first pre-tax contribution to establish your HSA account. Within 14 days after we have activated your account, you will receive your HSA checks and/or debit card.
