PPOM
Available for groups size of 51+.
PPOM is an independent Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), a network of physicians, hospitals, and other health care providers that have agreed to accept reduced service fees in order to provide affordable health care services. This network is available in Michigan, Southern Indiana and Southern Ohio.

Unlike most local PPOs that operate in a single state, our expanding network covers Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and parts of Kentucky, Wisconsin and Illinois.
