  • Medicare Advantage (Part C)
    Medicare Advantage Plans are health plans approved by Medicare and run by private companies. They are part of the Medicare Program, and sometimes called "Part C." Medicare Advantage Plans provide all of your Part A and Part B coverage. They must cover medically necessary care. They often offer extra benefits, and many include a Prescription Drug Plan (Part D).   • Medigap
    Medigap is health insurance sold by private companies to fill "gaps" in your Medicare plan. Medigap helps pay your share of the costs of Medicare-covered care. Some Medigap plans cover certain costs not covered by Original Medicare. Select this link for more details about Medigap.
  • Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
    Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is equipment, such as walkers and wheelchairs. DME is prescribed by a health care provider for home use. Anyone who has Medicare Part B under Original Medicare can get DME as long as the supplies are medically necessary. Select this link for more details on DME.
