SNF Claims Editing for 32403 - Part A
SNF inpatient claims that are RTP d with reason code 32403 are due to incorrect HIPPS RUG codes. Either the HIPPS code is invalid or the RUG code is listed in the HCPC column with the assessment code in the modifier field.
