1. How can I quickly access a page I frequently use?
If you consistently use a specific page on the WPS Medicare Website and wish to access the page quickly, please utilize your "bookmark" option within your Web browser. Within Internet Explorer, select "Favorites" from and "Add to favorites" from the top toolbar. After entering this site, you can ensure you are on pages that apply to your contract by verifying that within the left hand corner of your page "MAC" appears.
8. How can I arrive at a specific area of the Website quickly and with few steps as possible?
If you need a quick answer, please utilize the primary (top) navigation drop downs. You can access the drop downs by hovering your cursor over one of the headings. For example, if you hover your cursor over "Education" within the primary navigation area, more options will appear. If you are looking for the education schedule, you can quickly arrive at the page by one click - hover above "Education" and select "Education Schedule" from the drop down options. Primary navigation drop downs are options available that are capable of bringing you to your desired page within one click.
9. How can I submit a question via e-mail?
If you would like to submit a question via e-mail and receive a response within 45 days, after selecting your contract from http://www.wpsmedicare.com, select the "Contact Us by e-mail" option located within the yellow box in the upper right hand corner of any page.

The WPS Medicare Website recognizes the importance of specialty-specific information and offers an area designated for specific providers. To access information specifically related to a specialty please select "Education" from the top navigation bar. From here, select "Provider Types." 13. Where can I find more guidance on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)?
From the EDI page (http://www.wpsmedicare.com/mac/business/edi.shtml), click on "Comprehensive EDI Information." This will take you to WPS' Corporate EDI page. It will look different from the page you just left, because you are leaving the WPS Medicare Website, and going to the WPS Corporate Website.
