WPS Medicare has completed the requirement to create a new consolidated Fiscal Intermediary Standard System (FISS) Reason Code File for Jurisdiction 5 Part A claims processing. This new Reason Code file will be implemented effective May 1, 2008, which will immediately impact Part A providers previously served by TriSpan that will now be served by WPS.
