Will I still be able to submit and retrieve claims like I currently do?
Yes, the functionality of your mailbox will not change.

Will this affect my DDE claims?
No, the DDE system is not affected.

My software currently has a script for sending and retrieving files. Will my scripts need to be changed?
Yes. You will need to contact the IT department at your facility to change the scripts for you, since our office does not support communications software.

Will this affect PCACE Pro 32?
Yes, PCACE Pro 32 users will be affected. If you currently use the commut software previously supplied with PCACE Pro 32 to send your claims, you will need to update your scripts every 60 days to reflect the new password.

Will Connect Mailbox be unavailable for any period of time during this transition?
No, Connect Mailbox will not be unavailable. The ability to use Connect Mailbox will not be affected by this conversion.

Will the system prompt me to change my existing password after 60 days?
Yes, please see the EDI webpage under EMC/837 for instructions on how to do this.

Who do I contact if my password is expired or I cannot remember it?
You will need to contact the help desk at 1-866-734-6656.

Will I need to put in a new password and Logon ID after the initial logon?
Yes, Connect Mailbox will prompt you to choose a new password.
