HIGLAS Reminder for Part A Providers
Monday, November 12, 2007, is a Federal Holiday and payments will not be issued to WPS Part A providers. Payment cycles for these providers will resume on November 13, 2007.
The DDE system will be available for claim entry and corrections. Electronic Media Claims (EMC) that are sent before 6:00 pm CST will be received on November 12, 2007.
WPS Part A providers will receive a remittance advice on November 12, 2007; however, the paid date shown on the remittance advice will be November 13, 2007. The payment amount on the summary page will be sent to your bank on November 13, 2007.
WPS Part A providers who have no-pay claims that meet the payment floor criteria on November 13, 2007, will receive a remittance advice for these no-pay claims on November 13, 2007.
