Welcome to the new WPSMedicare.com. We redesigned our Website to meet the needs of our expanding customer community. WPS Medicare is proud to serve Part B legacy providers in Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, and Minnesota and our new Part A legacy former Mutual of Omaha Medicare providers across the country.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality Medicare claims administration and superior customer service. In keeping with this goal, we created this new Website to continue meeting the changing needs of our customers. We hope you will find this site helpful and easy to use.
What Has Changed?
WPS Medicare incorporated the best Website practices of both WPS and former Mutual of Omaha Medicare, as well as the suggestions we received from you over the years, to create a site that will fit all of our customers' needs. You will notice some familiar aspects of our Website, and some new improvements. Here is a list of some of the changes you will notice:
- New look and feel
- "Breadcrumbs" to help you better understand where you are on our Website
- Top- and left-hand navigation
- New "Medicare Areas" and "Self-Service" portions of the Website (accessible from the top navigation bar)
- "Frequent Search Items" tool
- So much more!
What About My Bookmarks?
In order to accommodate all of our customers, WPS Medicare had to change most of our Web addresses. This means that in most cases, your bookmarks will no longer work. You will have to go to http://www.wpsmedicare.com to reset your bookmarks. WPS apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause, and thanks you for your patience and for allowing us this opportunity to serve you better.
What's Ahead?
WPS Medicare has some enhancements planned for the Website. For example, in the near future, our search engine will be capable of searching the entire Website, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), Policies, and individual Medicare areas. WPS will also be working to enhance individual pages (such as Medical Review) to give you the highest quality Website possible. We will also be creating one-click "Print this Page" and "E-mail this Page" options for you.
