CERT Review Results - Reminder
The CERT Contractor has reported an increase in provider calls requesting CERT review results. Please note, the CERT contractor is responsible for providing assistance related to medical record requests only. They do not have access to CERT review results.
For questions regarding your specific CERT findings, please e-mail WPS Medicare at medicareadmin@wpsic.com. Be sure to include "CERT Question" in the subject line, and to include your full name, telephone number, and Provider Identification Number (if available), in the body of the e-mail.
Note: When e-mailing WPS Medicare, please do not include sensitive information. If your question pertains to a specific claim, include the Internal Control Number, not your patient's Medicare Health Insurance Claim Number.
