Where to Send Your National Provider Identifier (NPI) Applications
Beginning May 23, 2005, all health care providers can apply for their National Provider Identifier (NPI). Please make sure when submitting your NPI application that you send it to the enumerator. Do not send your applications to WPS Medicare.
