1. What do I do when I receive a pop-up entitled "Foresee Results Customer Satisfaction Survey?"
If, while visiting the WPS Medicare Website, you receive a window that states "Customer Satisfaction Survey," please complete the questionnaire. We value these responses and use them to determine aspects users enjoy and areas where WPS Medicare can improve the Medicare Website.


2. How can I submit a question via e-mail?
If you would like to submit a question via e-mail and receive a response within 45 days, after selecting your contract from http://www.wpsmedicare.com, select the "Contact Us" option located at the bottom of any page.


3. How can I share a functionality problem I encountered with the WPS Medicare's Website?
