July 2005 DMEPOS Fee Schedule Update
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has issued additional fee schedule amounts for Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics and Orthotics (DMEPOS) codes processed by WPS. The fee schedule amounts for codes K0731 and K0732 are effective for dates of service July, 2005 and after. The fee schedule amounts below for code L8620 are effective for dates of service January 1, 2005 through June 30, 2005.
Inclusion or exclusion of a fee schedule amount for an item or service does not imply any health insurance coverage.
