Retired LCD Information
WPS Medicare maintains Part B Legacy Retired/Archived Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs) in the CMS Medicare Coverage Database.
Archived LCDs are:
- Policies that have been retired and are no longer effective, or
- Policies that have been replaced by an updated or revised version.
Services performed while the policy was in effect are subject to the guidelines identified in that policy.
