Notice to Providers Submitting Nonassigned Claims
Change Request (CR) 5062, which instructed contractors to print and mail No-Pay Medicare Summary Notices (MSNs) to beneficiaries on a quarterly, rather than monthly, schedule, also affects the mailing of Nonassigned Standard Provider Remittances (NSPRs). The NSPRs will be mailed to the providers on the same schedule as No-Pay MSNs. This change was effective June 12, 2006.
