At this CMS site, you will have access to the entire CMS online manual system. Effective October 1, 2003, CMS transitioned from a paper-based manual system to a Web-based system. This system is called the CMS Online Manual System and currently consists of six parts: (1) The Internet-Only Manuals (IOMs), (2) Future IOM Updates, (3) Program Transmittals, (4) Crosswalks, (5) Paper-Based Manuals, and (6) Program Memoranda.
