You can access online Member Guides using the Request an ID Card or Member Guide tool, located in the post-login sections of your Member area.
If you have not yet registered, you will need to in order to set up your User ID and password to use for logging in. Then, just login (Go to Your Account), and select the link Request an ID or Member Guide.
If a Member guide has not been issued recently, and there is no PDF at the top of the page, simply use the tool to request a new one. Our system will generate a PDF, which will be available to download from the "Request" page in just one or two business days--a great improvement over snail mail!
We display the most current eligibility data on file, just login to your member account, select Your Eligibility & Benefits and then press the View Benefits link
It could be that you have a future effective date, you will need to enter that date (or a date after it) when using your online account tools.
The drug benefit will display as Not Applicable (N/A) because it is covered under your medical benefit.
