The WPS Patient Choice Provider Relations Team is your advocate at WPS. We are here to help you understand the Patient Choice network model and the WPS' role, and to assist you should a problem arise.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (CST)

Please contact your local Patient Choice Provider Relation's Representative, Paul Jenson, for issues beyond the scope of the WPS Member Service Department, such as:

• Questions about the Patient Choice model
• Questions regarding terms of your provider agreements and credentialing
• Explanations of medical, administrative or reimbursement policies
• General education regarding the proper methods for billing and coding
• Updates to the provider network database and directory
• Claims payment database maintenance
